My work lately: articles on running

Lately I’ve been busy working on a series of articles about running for a slovenian health & lifestyle magazine Lepa&Zdrava. In a collaboration with running coach Urban Praprotnik I already wrote three articles intended for people who would like to start running but don’t know where to begin. 

My_work_lately_aricles_on_running_L&ZThe very first article is a sum up of everything you need to know about running before and when you start with it. All of the following articles will also offer you training plans, information on sports nutrition, advice on injury prevention, strength training etc.

The series of articles has been published in slovene only. But don’t worry I will be writing about the same topics here on my blog, therefore you’ll also get all the information directly from me. The first post on running was already published on my blog and you can read it here.

The first steps are always the hardest but with the right guidance everything is easier, right? 😉

Zadnje čase sem precej zaposlena z delom na seriji člankov o teku za slovensko revijo Lepa&Zdrava. V sodelovanju s tekaškim trenerjem Urbanom Praprotnikom sem pripravila že tri članke, ki so namenjeni vsem, ki bi radi začeli teči pa ne vedo, kje začeti. Prvi članek je povzetek vsega, kar moraš vedeti o teku preden in ko začenjaš z njim. Vsi naslednji članki pa ti bodo tudi ponudili načrte za trening, informacije o športni prehrani, nasvete o preprečevanju poškodb, treningu za moč itd.

O temah, ki jih bom obravnavala v reviji bom pisala tudi na svojem blogu, tako da boš nekaj informacij o teku dobil/-a tudi direktno od mene. Prvi od postov o teku pa je že bil objavljen na mojem blogu in si ga lahko prebereš tukaj.

Pri koraki so vedno najtežji, a s pravim vodstvom je vse lažje, kajne? 😉

p.s. In samo za informacijo: Nov izvod revije Lepa&Zdrava, v kateri izveš več o prehrani tekačev pa je že na prodajnih policah. 🙂
